Installing CARPoolGP

To install use:

`git clone https://github.com/Maxelee/CARPoolGP.git`

Then cd into the directory. To get the environment setup run:

`conda env create -f environment.yml`

this should create a conda environment called `jax` which you can activate with `conda activate jax`

Then you can run the notebooks and use the code.
